I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my choice. Everyone was consistently courteous and superbly friendly. The room was upgraded and spotlessly clean and included central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was bright, and it was nice to have a tub.

This place is a great business hotel with incredibly friendly staff, a perfect location close to Gruet Winery, lovely restaurants, and ideal for exploring the area.

The property has a nice pool. The location is unbeatable, close to the airport. Just nearby are Old Town, the downtown museum, a restaurant, the Watermelon Mountains, and a casino. The rooms are spacious and upgraded, featuring a king bed in the bedroom and a shower.

Clean lobby/restaurant. Friendly staff. Good food, although pricey. Comfortable room with soft towels and nice amenities. Helpful and accommodating staff, especially the lady who brought extra blankets.

The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was a good value and tasty. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. It was easily accessible from the highway and had plenty of parking space.

You have to lay on the floor to open and close the safe deposit box in the room.

This is surely the best good business hotel, amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, terrific rooms. It has favourable and perfect location in the outlet behind the chair, in a great area. There's Taco Cabana offering takeout a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. They serve outstanding food, have variety of options to choose from. It offers friendly services. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location was perfect for attending the Balloon Fiesta, especially if you plan on staying for a long weekend. It's conveniently situated close to the festival grounds, which is a huge plus. Secondly, the staff members were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist us with any inquiries made us feel valued as guests. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were great, including a TV that's bigger than the one in my house. Lastly, the hotel's easy access to the freeway allowed us to explore other attractions in the area and made it convenient to get to the airport.

The bed was awful. Felt like it was 10 years old and slept on so many times it was flatten and hard. The workout room was very small with poor equipment.
